You are signing up for a four month membership that will automatically renew for an additional four months (i.e., no month-to-month) unless you provide written notice via electronic mail or snail mail no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the end of your current four month membership. Your credit card will automatically be charged $250 per month starting from the date you sign up. If you cancel your membership before the end of your subscription, you will be charged a non-refundable and non-transfereable penalty of $750 and will also be responsible for the balance of your subscription payable simultaneously in one installment. The BBC Collective is strictly limited to 50 members so we have others who might be waiting to join. Each membership is for you personally (i.e., no corporate memberships). Please be fair and do not share your login information with others. Gaming the system is just not cool and, I hope you agree, is a reason for your removal.
You agree that any payment disputes will be resolved directly between us and that you will not use the dispute resolution services of your credit card provider. You agree that if payment is disputed, withheld or otherwise forthcoming, you will have one day (24) to resolve the issue, and, if not resolved, your membership will terminate immediately with no further right or obligation existing for either of us, save your obligation to pay the balance of your current four month membership and the $750 termination fee.
You agree that we are all going to be good citizens of The BBC Collective. This means that we will respect the views and thoughts of all members, be respectful of the available resources and approach all things as an active participant in seeking to improve your business. You agree that the decision as to whether you are being a good citizen or not is solely up to Sean. You will receive no more than two written warnings if your behavior is deemed inappropriate. Deeply egregious behavior may not receive any written warning. It will be up to Sean to decide whether your membership may be continued. If terminated by Sean, your automatic payments will stop, any unused payment for the given month will not be refunded and neither of us will have any further obligation or responsibility to each other. Please do not be a jerk. We are here to learn with and from each other. That begins and ends with mutual respect.
Last, you are going to have access to all materials and recordings for so long as you are a member. The materials and recordings are property of The BBC Collective and are to be reused only with express written authorization.
